What this site is
This site publishes educational material about poker: the rules, the ranking of hands, tie breaks and guides for learning to play. Access is free and open, no registration is needed and there is no private area.
What this site is not
Pokeo is an educational website and app. Neither offers nor promotes real money gambling. The chips shown in the material and in the application are virtual, cannot be bought, redeemed or transferred, and give no right to any prize of real world value. With no money and no item of economic value at risk, the activity falls outside the scope of Spanish gambling law 13/2011.
This site is not affiliated with any gambling operator, carries no gambling advertising, takes commission from nobody and links to no bookmaker or casino. The content is intended for adults.
Terms of use
- You may read, print and share these pages for your own use or to teach other people to play.
- You may not use this site for anything unlawful, attempt to interfere with how it works, or extract its contents in bulk in order to republish them.
- The owner may change, extend or withdraw any content at any time, and may amend these terms. The version that applies is the one published at the moment you visit.

The text, illustrations, design, code and the name Pokeo belong to the owner unless stated otherwise. You may quote extracts with attribution and a link to the source page. Reproducing whole pages, translating them or using them to build another product requires written permission.
Nobody owns the rules of poker. What is protected is the particular way they are explained here.
Links
This site links to its own pages and, where needed, to official sources or to the application listing in the relevant store. It links to no gambling operator, and that is not a matter of style: it is part of what this site is.
Liability
The content is published with as much care as possible, is reviewed and is corrected, but it is offered as it stands. The owner is not answerable for the decisions you make in a game or for the consequences of applying what is explained here. If you find a mistake, write and it gets fixed.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the owner's domicile, unless the law imposes another jurisdiction, as it does when the visitor is a consumer.
