Pass purchase terms
What you buy with the Pokeo pass, how it is paid, how it is cancelled and what your rights are. No small print: if anything is unclear, write to us.

What the pass is
The pass opens the whole Pokeo course on your account: all eighteen paths with their lessons, practice and exams, and the tables to play against the course rivals. The free lessons stay free, with or without the pass.
It is digital content used in the browser or in the app installed from the website. It includes no chips that can be bought, redeemed or transferred: the course chips have no value, cannot be bought and win no prizes.
The two plans
Lifetime pass: one payment. It never renews or expires, and it gives you access for as long as Pokeo offers the course. If it ever stopped offering it, we would announce it at least six months in advance.
Monthly pass: charged when you start and renewed automatically every month, on the same day, until you cancel. Cancel whenever you like from Settings, under "Manage subscription", and you keep the pass until the end of the month you already paid for. Nothing more is charged afterwards.
Prices are shown on the pass page before you pay, taxes included: in euros in Europe and in US dollars everywhere else. If your card is in another currency, your bank does the conversion, at its own rate, and may charge a fee. Some countries add a tax on payments in a foreign currency (in Brazil, the IOF): your bank charges it, and it is not included in the price. If the price of the monthly pass changed, we would email you at least thirty days before, and you could cancel before it applies.
Who sells it and who provides it
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem. Creem is the merchant of record for all our orders: it charges you, sends you the receipt and invoice, and takes care of taxes, refunds and payment disputes, under its buyer terms (creem.io/buyer-terms). The company behind Creem is Armitage Labs OÜ, Rotermanni 14, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia, registry code 16977866.
The course is created and provided by José Antonio Neto Suárez, the owner of Pokeo, tax number 29607219D, C/ Manuel Vela 37, 21440 Lepe (Huelva), Spain. Email: hello@pokeo.app.
Pokeo never sees or stores your card details.
The pass goes with your account
Buying the pass needs an account, created with just your email. That way you have it on all your devices and it is not lost if you change phone or browser. It is personal: it cannot be shared or transferred.
If you delete your account, any pending renewal is cancelled first and the pass goes with the account. An account with a pass in force is never deleted for lack of use.
Fourteen days to change your mind
You have fourteen days from payment to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, even if you have already started the course. It is the right of withdrawal the law gives you, and we do not ask you to give it up.
It covers the lifetime pass and the first payment of the monthly pass. Monthly renewals are not refunded: cancel the monthly pass whenever you like and nothing more is charged. How to ask for the refund is in the refund policy.
If something does not work
You have the legal guarantee for digital content: the course must work as described. If it does not, write to us and we will fix it; if it cannot be fixed, you are entitled to a price reduction or your money back, as the law provides. The refund is made by Creem to the same method you paid with.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts where you live and you keep the rights the law of your country of residence gives you.
